What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return/exchange, and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, with the exception of our shoes.
Do you have local pickup options?
Yes! We are located in Downtown Saint Paul, and have a local pickup option available at the checkout for Twin Cities metro area customers. You can also pick up your order at one of our in-person events.
Who makes the goods?
We partner with a variety of small businesses from all over Turkey. We actively take part in the design and curation process, and continue the conversation at every step of the way. We love our artisans and will continue to highlight the amazing work they do on our Instagram page.
Why did you start this business?
The decision to start this company stemmed from two goals: Sharing the story and cultural wealth of the land I grew up in and changing the patronizing narrative of how these “ethnic” goods are sold.
Finding these artisans and hand-picking these products give me a tactile chance of bringing parts of my culture into the lives of people around me. Doing this as a Turkish person who is passionate about ethical business practices gives me a chance to change the narrative.
