Shipping Policy

Orders are packaged and shipped within two business days from the time they are received. We ship our items via USPS (domestic and international). Please contact us at hello@petektradingco.com if you would prefer a different shipping method. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier's records to update before you begin tracking your order. 

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Petek Trading Co. is not responsible for stolen, damaged, or delayed packages or the replacement of lost orders that were submitted with incorrect delivery information. 

Petek Trading Co. is not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers, including lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you find yourself in this unfortunate situation, please address the issue with the carrier directly. We are happy to provide guidance but are unable to affect change once your order is shipped.
